Can someone explain what extra features are includes in the DAPP versus “ACC Stop & Go + Active Driving Assistant” that is contained in the premium package?

It seems like the later already has features that would keep the car centered in the lane, move my steering wheel around curves, and maintain a distance behind a vehicle?

Active Driving Assistant does not keep a vehicle centered in the lane, it has Lane departure warning for it going out of the lane.

Generally DAP includes ACC w/ Stop and Go, Lane Keeping Assistant with side collision avoidance, Hands free up to 60mph on certain highways, lane change assistant, Evasion Assistant and Front Cross-Traffic Alert.

It is a must have in my onion, not only for the driving assistance features but for the extra safety features as well.

Thanks! I think for 2025 though, the features have changed which is why I’m looking for clarifications. For example, the ACC + ADA package has “the Steering Assistant keeps your BMW in the middle of the lane through active steering interventions”

On the G45 (at least in the US), ACC w/ Stop & Go are part of the Premium Package rather than requiring the DAPP. I opted out of DAPP since the main feature I wanted was ACC.

No change that I have seen but could have missed it.

That is correct for the G45.

I see many folks going this route, especially since the X3 doesn't get Highway Assistant!
