Quiznos because they actually toast their subs not put them in the mocrowave?
Is this seriously a question? There is no comparison on quality or taste, one is cheaper then the other thats about it.

Actually, I have found that I can get in specific situations where I want one or the other. So I don't really compare the two. If I want a cold-cuts sub I'll hit up Subway. However, if I want a bit more artsy of a sandwich and the crunchy taste of a toasted bun then it's Quiznos' time.
I know poeple that like one over the other, but their sandwiches usually aren't that similar. Plus, Quiznos' goes sauce happy sometimes, so I typically try to hold it to only one half of the bread instead of both, which is another key difference between the 2. Subway's sauces are pretty much what you would regularly find or think of having, where as Quiznos' has around 20 different sauces. So I vote for both, because I get hungers for both!

Subway.
I just never really got into liking Quizno's. Not that it tastes bad, but I just don't care for it. Subway rocks just before hitting the bars. ![]() |

Subway toast their subs too. Subway is way way way better than Quizno's. Quizno's breads are crap. Their toppings are crap. Their portions are so small and Quizno's is so expensive for the small portions that you get. I remember going to Quizno's for the first time and they actually weigh their toppings so you wouldn't get too much. I was shocked.

Actually, there were times when I asked them for extras for Subway and I got extra tomatoes. You can't do that for Quizno's. Breads at Subway are better than Quizno's. Quizno's is fine if you want to have a snack, but Subway subs are so much larger and more filling to Quizno's.

FYI, Subway is uber unhealthy. LOADED with sodium. A footlong sub can get you a nice 4000 to 5000mg or more of sodium. Hello heart disease. A double quarter pounder with cheese has 1380mg of sodium! A telling stat. Gotta give it to them, they did a good job of marketing with their Jared campaign.
Knowing the above, I would choose Quiznos even though they don't do a good enough job of providing nutritional info. |

(from a quick Google search). I don't think anything from a fast food retailer is really healthy...even though Jared and Subway try to convince you otherwise. |
