Fat Tuesday!

No big deal for many on here, I know.
Fat Tuesday to me is just another excuse to throw down.

I am not Cajun but I know what is going to happen after work.
Bugs, as we call them down here, are in season finally. My record for one sitting----16lbs.

Bugs, or more proper, Mud-Bugs.

The spicier the better, and ice cold beer to wash it down.

Are you joking? Papadeaux's fucking rocks.

Chilean Salmon w/ diablo sauce and dirty rice(has crawfish and crab in it) FTMFW.

You either ordered something you're not used to or had a bad experience.

Well there is no good places to eat around here for me. And the only way papadeaux is good is if your not spoiled with really louisiana cookin.
being as we are from new orleans, I just cant find any good food around here.

What are you driving now?
If in the Addison area go to Nates on Midway/Beltline. He is 100% coon ass and it rocks.
Driving a new Mini Cooper S and the Titan. The Titan is going bye bye and I am getting a luxury sport sedan of some sort. Still shopping.
About 90% done with the construction business and don't need the truck. New line of work with a new line of cash flow. Thank God. Hope all is well.

Did you get your M3?

Stop talking about NOLA food! Here I am in Germany and I can't get anything! Well, I can get ham hocks to make my red beans and rice, but ask for crawfish and you get a look like you are crazy! I can't get stuff for chaurice either. Sucks.
