Daily driver lease deals around $100 or less per mo?
Not something I need to do, but I don't want to put my Speed6 through salt & the Z06 is, obviously, not being taken out in that.
If I can find something cheap & half decent (Hopefully, a convertible as I miss my Miata), I might do it. Would have to be very close to $100 or less per mo & 0 down. In other words, I'll only lease something if I like it & it's super cheap. I don't have to do this. Any deals/vehicles out there that I should look at? |

Around here in Michigan, where lease prices can get pretty low, you can usually find the smaller Chevy SUV's, Cruze, etc for around $100 a month.
I leased a Jeep Liberty for $69 per month once. One of my employee's got his GF a Equinox for $109. The 200's used to get that low but not since the new model was released. The small Buick SUV can get down into the low 120's. I've even seen Regal's that low, even with the Turbo motor which is not too bad. Michigan market is like no other. Everyone gets the discounts and they push as many cars as they can. You can find higher end cars for pretty good rates. The flip side is BMW...in Detroit Detroit there are 2 BMW dealers, 1 owns 3 stores, and then there is another. So everyone gets better deals outside of the area. Audi is similar. Mercedes seems to be pretty competitive even with a limited number of dealers. If it wasn't for the high insurance cost we'd pick up a lease or two. You can lease fully loaded Ram's and Silverado's, $50,000 trucks for under $300 a month. If it wasn't for insurance we would have picked up one for when we needed it. |

There were a few deals on slickdeals. I think one was a Cruze for 40. There was a Camry deal for around 100 as well. Check it out - not sure if they are still running.

Whilst still mind-bogglingly low, the numbers quoted are all false. THey include money down so I can make the monthly $0 if you put down enough up front. Delaer fees, charges and relate dbullshit is not included, not to mention taxes.
You're gonna be out AT LEAST twice the listed price. |

Taxes on rebates, no money down, and first/last, sometimes security but most times not. Google Michigan Car Dealer ads, read the fine print. Some deals are not true but most are. Employee discount is easy to come by here, ask just about anyone in the metro area and most dealers will sell at employee price without a discount number. It is just how the market is here with all the auto companies local. These deals are in market only, you have to have a registerable address in a valid zip code. |

I've been trying to find something similar too to keep the miles off the p-car. Haven't had much luck.

Right but then it says $1800 for god knows what fees and charges. North Americans are conditioned to just see the big number and allow vendors to hide costs, back home (Oz) the price is the fucking price, taxes in.

The $1850 is a ONE TIME PAY. Read it again. You pay $1850 up front and your done. It says so right there, PREPAID. There are a lot of up front leases here. |
