My E36 weighs 2650 lbs. I take it off road sometimes too.

Yeah, really good looking SUV but the name is really weird... "F-pace"...? Also I hope Jag fixed their infotainment system.

Reviews say that the new Jaguar InControl infotainment system is a quantum leap over its laggy predecessor (thanks to a new quad core processor)

I guess back to the Future... that's good news. But still reminds me previous Lexus ES350 interior but with 16:9 wide screen:

Liking Jag more and more these days. Not in the market for a soccer mom/school run car like this, but I still think it looks great.

The more I read up about this F-Pace, the more I like. A huge boot with a V6 twin-turbo diesel engine more than a match for the 30d and 35d X3/X4. I've just noticed on Australian-spec F-Pace is the option of a full size spare (a space saver is standard). On paper it looks the goods. Will certainly consider this later this year when it arrives downunder. Hopefully by that time we'll have some more detail about the next generation X3 for comparison.

How you think those two interiors have any type of resemblance to each other completely baffles me...

I'm just being picky, don't really like how center vents stick out (reminds me ES350). Still, overall interior is pretty good, I'm glad they didn't stack an iPad on the top of the dash like everybody else these days.

Like everything but the rotary transmission knob. I have rented Chrysler 200s and they have that..........terrible!

It does come with paddles so it's not a total loss.

as a long time jag owner, and not being completely biased, i think this SUV is fantastic!

the name, a little lame, but w/e we'll let it slide.

the design, GORGEOUS. Yes it does look like an SUV version of the other cars, which in this case isnt a bad thing. The interior, looks great. I dont like the rotary knob. its pointless.

Im really impressed that Jaguar did something tech-wise before anyone else did (this is a jaguar first haha). Their "sport band" which is a key you can wear on your wrist (kind of like a fitbit) so you can go swimming and stuff and not worry about leaving your keys unattended on the beach and stuff. thats kind of nifty

i believe its built off the F-type platform, but turned into an SUV, so im expecting it to drive amazing (the F-type is incredible)

It is nice looking. The X5 and Range Rover had a love child and it was good. Much better than that Bentley monstrosity.

Plan on replacing the X3 with this. Especially after BMW made these ridiculous cuts to their maintenance plans.

Car definitely looks cool! Here are some real life photos from the LAAS

I'd probably still take an X5/6 over it (especially in their M variants), but I would consider the F-pace over the Mercedes ML and Audi Q5/7.
