Tempted to buy the 08 Infinti G35 Sport Sedan

I test drove the 08 G35 6sp and loved it! The car I'm looking at is pretty loaded with the premium package and Nav. Sticker is $38015. The offer I have is $34,600 ($150 under invoice), 24 months / 15k a year lease, $1000 due at signing (that includes the 1st month and acq fee) for $465 month.

I like the fact that it's a short term lease. That's an amazing car for the price! I'll probably get it and will have to let the dealer know tomorow. They want the deal by the EOM.

if you get it, it would be interesting to know how it compares to you 330i. we all know that the G has more power, but it would be good to get your overall impressions.

Go with whatever you like. I love the new G's. The sedan actually has a more attractive grille than the coupes imo.

Sounds like a good deal especially for a short term lease. I would definitely test drive the E90 335i prior to making a final decision.

Do it!

I did a 2 yr lease on my 335 and am a happy pig. I get to drop it at the end if I want to get my boxster or I can buy it since I love it. It's great to have choices.

The interior is small compared to my 330i. There is much less legroom compared to the 3 and the middle dashboard is too big. I tried the navigation/cd player for it and wasn't impressed with it.

I can't say much about the performance of the car but 330i has a better interior/exterior design by far.

Damn! My G37 S is 700 a month....but I bought with short term financing....465 is a great deal!

Arrhhggg...The BMW dealer is trying to work on a 335xi sedan, 6sp, Prem. pkg, heated seats and RPC MSRP is $44,975. He siad he may be able to do a 24 / 15k for $470 but with $3000 out of pocket.

Also, I have on the table for a leftover 07 IS 350 for $35k, loaded and MSRP is $44k! The big drawback is the IS is automatic

I totally agree on a short term lease, it's a fantiastic. I'm looking for my next after 12 months!

that is an amazing deal.

My friend just leased an 08 X sedan for $479 month for 39 months, with evertyhing including taxes rolled into the payments.

The car is really nice

Well, I totally switched gears and bought the Infiniti EX35. I got a super deal on a 2 year lease.

24 / 15k miles for $480 month

No that was motor trend. And the only reason they picked the G37 was pricing, which should hardly be a consideration in a category where sportiness and performance is a top priority, and because the 3 was a pre-March '07 build. What's really weird is that the mag came out in like April or May. Why they didn't get a 335i with the oil cooler is beyond me.

Every performance number, and I mean EVERY performance number favored the 3. I kid you not. That article was the biggest load of BS ever.
