My X5 replacement...

This is the reason my X5 is for sale. It has a bit more utility for the farm but will be a bitch to park at the airport when I take my trips. 440 hp with 860 lb ft of torque.

I had 3/4 ton Dodge crew cab and thought *that* was a pain to park and keep clean. I can only imagine owning that thing.

I'm in the process of doing the reverse...kind of? From a Raptor to an X5 hybrid. This picture is probably the cleanest that truck ever was.

Nice!!!
Would love to have one if that, but living in the city won't help.
Did got a chance to drive a similar truck when I was working for someone and pulling 53' trailer loaded with 2 race cars. It was fun. Drove it to Las Vegas for SEMA shows, Sonoma Raceway, and some local tracks.

Had a F250 diesel King Ranch. Traded. Nice truck but came to find didn't need one
that big. So down sized a little. 14 GMC All Terrain sierra. Still big but much
easier in town than Ford. Mileage was like 12mpg on the road. Like the 35d 13 X
had, lots of trouble with the exhaust emissions fault codes. All gassers now.

The horse trailer I pull is 11,200 lbs empty and 17,500 loaded. My 05 F250 6.0L could pull it but legally I could only put around 3,000 lbs in it. This one will pull nearly 40,000 lbs. So far, it's getting a little over 14mpg around town.

Going to miss the wealth of knowledge you bring to this forum though...

I love it. Lots of power and easy to drive. A lot more comfortable than I expected too. At the end of the day, it's just too big for owning in the city.

With a 4.30 rear end, this thing is made to drag race too. Pretty easy to light up the rear end, and hang on pulling out of driveway in a hurry.
