my grill has one and I use it to heat up the grill faster. not sure what exactly it is for, but it works great in the winter to keep the grill temp stable.

It's a rotisserie panel.

It is a rotisserie burner. It produces a controlled and diffuse heat from the propane so you can slow roast meats on a spit.

Look for Stubbs BBQ Sauce. A lot of the chain food stores around here carry it. |

Sweet Baby Rays used to be good...then they replaced the sugar with "high fructose corn syrup".
![]() ![]() Try Woodstock Organic - the chipotle has a real nice kick and good flavor. Also, the new Heinz BBQ sauces are using pure cane sugar. They have an 11.8 smaller size trial pack that has 4 different flavors of their new items, Texas, Memphis, Carolina, Kansas City. ![]()

Stubbs BBQ sauce is pretty good. A little while back, I got Sticky Sweet as a test to see if it'd rot my teeth (assuming it is the sweeter of their sauces)...and because it was all the store had at the time... It was a little less viscous than I prefer, but it didn't leave me w/ the gross aftertaste that Sweet Baby Ray's does. Certainly a lot better than most other chain store available brands.

You can get pre cut steaks or the whole sub primal, which you then can cut out steaks or make a big roasts. I buy the whole sub primal, average $170 for 16 pounds) and then age it at home. http://www.drybagsteak.com It takes planning, aging at least 30 days before cooking. Check out YouTube for videos. Pretty tasty result. Steak house taste on the cheap. But it does take time... |
