Specific "wrong number" calls

So, my phone number is fairly simple, which is why this doesnt surprise me. First I got calls for 8 months for a company called US Truck Parts, every trucker in the nation had my number. I'd get random calls during all hours of the morning and night from angry truckers, barely understandable trucks, definitely on speed truckers, and karma totally won.

That has been fairly better, now I only get calls maybe 2-3 times a month, maybe the word got around on the CV channels that my number isnt the right one.

Today life took a turn for the worse, I started getting calls from people yelling in spanish. Apparently some dude named Ceaser Perez, married to a Daisy Perez, has been giving out my number as his own.

About 5 minutes ago I got a call from an angry black woman, which being chilled out always gets my nerves going "Hllo! Ceasr! ***** getcho ass on da phne!" that crap you know....

Does this happen to anyone else?

rofl! happened to me a couple times with my old cell number,apparantly a "Dan" gives out people the wrong number when he's drunk :S

I had that happen to me a few times before. It was some Mexican dude asking "hella Caesar?! Bueno?!? safdisofjsafjsoidf?". I'd be like "yeah I think u got the wrong number" and they would say "oh sorry" and hang up.

My cell was listed somewhere as the Va Beach Child Protection #. I would get calls all day and all night regarding child issues, finally I ended up changing my number, I couldn't handle it anymore.

My fiancee has gotten calls for 3 years - usually once per week - from an old man asking for "Lenny." Sometimes he leaves voice mails asking Lenny to pick up. You'd think after 3 years he'd realize that Lenny either has a different phone number or just doesn't want to talk to him.

I had some guy named rocky giving out my cell number since its also easy.. Anyways ended up at blockbuster and forgot my card and gave the person my cell number the account was under.. Well she was like are you "rocky" and I was like nooo but I get calls for him all the time. Anyways they ended up giving me his home address that they had on file plus his home number. (I went to high school with this girl and she could probably get fired for that one). Anyways I called his home number and explained what was happening and within a week all the calls stopped. ( I was getting 4-5 calls a week).

lol i got this british woman who called my cell and said i stole her cell.. because she called her cell's number and i picked up... so i told her u got the wrong number and she wont believe me.. and she said "be nice, or i'll call the cops" after she said dat i just LOLed!!!
