I like the clean lines - pretty sharp car - an (albeit very) little Porche-like in front with those corner accents but very much still a Range Rover in all other respects. No addl specs out - guess I'll go search!

So sexy. This will sell like mad.
Idk why they even reintroduced the Discovery. Like the LR3/4 it replaces, it's ugly and I don't see it being very successful especially with this around the corner. |

Looks nice. Gotta ask though, why not lower it down and make it a wagon?

Thanks. Although I'm obviously not responsible!!
I'm currently working on the training material to be delivered to the technicians surrounded the technology released in this vehicle. It's very interesting. |

Why are we going back to louvers? They don't look very good now and will age like milk.

Really liking the new Range Rover/ Land Rover products however every former owner I've known or read about makes it seem as if they spend time alot at the dealership getting warranty work done.
Reading up on buyers guides for all used previous models it seems that depending on the month made there is a different quality control issue that needs to be addressed in a recall or TSB. (Unlike our M3's where there are a few issues that are known so it is easy to be preventative about it) Reading up on these same buyers guides however it seems that they purposely design it in a way that they know the 1st owners hardly ever take them off road and it is really made to be off-road capable for the 2nd owners who rip out all the air suspension tech and replace with a lift and more proper off-road tires and wheels. It would be a really interesting PR stunt to have a company like Toyota take a Range Rover and send it to it's Land Cruiser Plant for a full disassembly and rebuild then put it through the same quality testing as the Land Cruiser which is designed to have a 25 year service life where all that is really needed in that 25 years are fluid changes and replacing any wear and tear. That being said I really like this as an SUV and if they have their QC act together I'd be very interested. |

My dad was looking at replacing his current XF with an F-Pace, then we took a look at the G30 and we both adored it. This might take the cake though, it looks phenomenal!

No different from the people that say the 2 and 3 series are a poor man's BMW's. I've got cars that cost over 2-3 times as much as an M2 or Velar but still have no issues appreciating them. Really don't get such comments. No matter how "rich" we are we're always poor compared to someone else so it's good to get off the high horse sometimes.
