What is this car? Whats ZGT? It clearly had a BMW badge on it

ZGT is an original design which extrapolates from the iconic BMW "507" of 1956-1959, a model that never evolved because of financial woes that forced BMW to turn away from sports cars to building more economical transportation.

2. Nomana, thank you for speaking out in spite of the tide of negativism
3. Mike991M4, it is not intended to be a Z8, which was BMW's modern interpretation of the 507. This is my idea of what the 507 "might" have looked like, had that model not bankrupted BMW in 1959, and instead continued to evolve into the 60s.
4. JPDChicago: the approach angle is 15 degrees, exactly the same as the Z3. Departure angle is actually steeper than Z3. Stance guys have a much harder time with driveways than I do!
5. Euro*: Ruining a Z3? The award-winning Z3? Dozens of folks who saw the car at Monterey last weekend went out of their way to say it was a vast improvement Don't get me wrong: Having taken apart three Z3s now, I have a great appreciation for Jogi Nagashima's design work and what he was trying to do. And BMW sold over a quarter million of them. So, not all bad. Unfortunately, it didn't really stand the test of time. Which is why three or four a month go to the crusher here in Phoenix with only minor damage. The book value is so low (a reflection of demand) that the non-M Roadsters aren't worth fixing. I'll also add that I was invited to park in the BMWCCA hospitality pavilion at Laguna Seca Turn 5 for the Monterey Motorsports Reunion last weekend. So maybe my design isn't all bad, either

This thing is a tricked up Z3. I saw it at the Legends of the Autobahn and at the BMW Corral at the Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Laguna Seca last weekend. It's hideous!!
