Altough I totally changed my opinion about the 599 after I saw some "real life" pics.... Maybe it'll look better in yellow or fuji bianco!

Everything looks great till you see the rear of the car. It looks very plain and those exhausts arents as bad as the IS-F, but they look pretty bad against a plain rear because they stand out too much.

The front looks too cute and I cant imagine a guy driving this thing. I think Aston Martin pulled the "smaller, cuter" design better with the V8 Vantage. The Vantage doesnt look too cute. It has has some nice sharp lines and an aggressive stance.

I think the car needs some sharper edges. For example, the headlights and front grille are too round and cute.

Looks like a mix of a Maser and Z4.

It's alright, I'll hold judgement until I view in person. Not being a convertible fan, I'm sure I'll just think it's okay.

I did just read that the 2+2 is an option and not standard. While Ferrari continues to move away from MT, it will most likely still be an option. I hope so.

Wow, what a let down. You guys have nailed it. Too small, too cute, too Maserati, the front is not Ferrari at all, exhaust sucks (boy I bet they were pissed when the IS-F came out...) and too feminine. However, there is no way it will be double a 997 Turbo, much closer to 1.5x that.

All that being said it is going to have 450+hp V8, 7 speed dual clutch (hmmm the M3 M-DCT unit?) and 0-60 in under 4.

Well, I kinda like it, but not enough to prefer it to a 997 TT. Just wonder if the TT facelift will have DFI.

BTW: It's said to cost about the same a 997 TT convertible does (maybe +10k).
