I don't believe I've ever seen anything like this before, but what a novel idea to get rid of bumps, ect. while cleaning!

Bella,

Tennis balls are an asset in the laundry room. Not only can they be tossed into the dryer to give new life to a comforter, some curtains or a jacket, but a new tennis ball will also help fight static in the laundry, just toss it in the dryer with the rest of the clothes

I just washed my North Face a few days ago...I just threw three tennis balls in there while it was drying on low. Use new or fairly new tennis balls and run them under soap and water before you dry your jacket.

If you air dry, it will lump up. Also, after its fully dried, you might want to put it on the "fluff" setting with the tennis balls just to make sure all the lumps are out.
