Uhhh tough guy confronting a female driver? Cant tell if the Jeep driver is a woman or not. Anyway, it looks like the driver in the Jeep was trying to get away.

Tensions were high. Maybe it was a hot day.
I once saw a guy jump out of his car at a red light so he could run up and scream through the window of the car in front of him. Except he forgot to set the brake in his own car, and it rolled away down the hill. He immediately stopped shouting and started running. Priorities. |

Saw this on the news the other day. From what I remember, the prius driver was being a typical prius driver and got upset at the jeep behind him and threw something out the window at the jeep. The jeep then tried to get around the prius and the prius driver stopped causing the jeep to make contact with his car. He then gets out and starts to put his hands on the driver of the jeep. This is when cell phone cameras deploy and footage starts being recorded.

From what I remember there were no charges being pressed and each is liable for his/her own vehicle, however; it is still under investigation. The driver of the prius refused to make any comments on the situation and the driver of the jeep was on the clock working for a marijuana dispensary delivery service and is no longer employed by said company.

He sure as hell wouldn't have been mad enough to even escalate to this point. The Jeep driver was probably just trying to get to his destination without drawing any more attention to himself and leave it to the other guy to get in his way and make his day hell for trying to get to B from A. Not to sound like a total dork here, but pretty much like a "Well Keeper" in Zelda. No other point of it's existence than to stifle you. Leave it to Toyota to bait owners into a car purchase based on their personalities. The way I see it is that it works well for the rest of us. We know by seeing what they drive to avoid them on and off the road. Thanks Toyota! That jeep simply liberated that prius from the demonic entities that attract those type of people. Prius. The scourge of the road. Everytime I see one in the left hand lane, I want to go all MadMax on them. If I were president, the first thing I would do is not allow any Prius' in the left hand lane. Plus, they're ugly as hell and driven by ugly liberals.

Even with the cell phone footage, I think the Jeep could have been given a pass because the Prius knucklehead was clearly reaching into their car. |

Subaru Outbacks are also a disease, especially up in the Pacific NW. These turds are always camping in the left lane with their self-righteous bumper stickers and granola-looking owners. |

Not necessarily. Most policies state that intentional acts are not covered. If the Jeep driver felt threatened and was trying to get away, it might be a different story, hard to say based on the footage.
