Government Cheese

So first off, I am not trying to mock any low income families or single mother's that use government programs. I got much love for all those solo parents out there... Handle your biz!!!

So I was at the grocery store like 10 mins ago, and it was pretty busy. So i got my shit and got in line. I get behind this really nice lady and I notice that she got a cart full of cheese and milk. I'm like " oh shit wic" I want and get out of the line because I need to get home to give my daughter some medicine. Before I could, 3 more people get behind me.

To make a long story short, I stood there for 30 minutes cuz this chick was making a scene cuz the store manager would not let her purchase this honey roasted peanut butter with her wic. She could only get creamy or chunky. So after she agreed to getting the creamy, she then asked to purchase a pack of cigarettes and payed for it with a c-note... Fuck I was hella heated at this point..

Well the chick left and I payed for my stuff. I was coasting down the parking lot on the shopping cart when I saw her putting her groceries into a pretty new Porsche Cayenne. I could hear her complaining about not getting the honey roasted pb...

Once again I am not tryin to knock anyone cuz I am no baller myself, but come on. Talk about working the system. My poor baby had to suffer cuz this stupid bitch...

Man, I saw that shit all the time when I used to live in Long Beach. One of my buddies use to live in a government owned apartment (projects), dude they ballin down there bro...I mean they be rollin' in a Lexus Gs, Denali's on twenty fo's, Chrysler 300 SRT8's you name it man. I've seen them too with food stamps together with their bill folds holdin' Benjamins. It just ain't right.

Very surprising. WIC has very strict income guidelines. For example, a family of four has to have an income less than $39,220.

I also grew up with a bunch of friends whose parents worked the system, they drove nice cars and ate hella better then my family did.. Shit and my pops is an engineer.. Growing up I was like whatever about it but now that I am a tax payer, the shit makes me mad when help is not going to the people that really need the shit.. just my 2 cents...

How do you fix WIC/Food Stamps? Some people really need this (minority or majority of users, I don't know).

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is specifically for milk, cheese and PB (mostly) - supplemental foods.

Food stamps are for any type of food.

No matter what program there is (Social Security, Food Stamps, WIC, Medicare, etc, etc), someone will always lie and find a way to cheat the system.

10 bucks says the car is not registered in her name, she is "borrowing" it from a friend. I had a similar situation a few back when this almost-grandma lady hooks up with like 20 bottle of apple juice and I have to wait in line while she does 2 at a time with WIC. Outside she got into an MBZ500 with no plates.
Then I see people like my neice who is solo, but takes care of her kid. She works extra hours and goes and cleans peoples' houses so her kid will have SOME of the things all the other cousins have.
As a treat to her, I took her son with me when I took my son to "My friend in the diamond business" and let him pick anything for her for Mother's Day.
