My old Z06 was beat & wrecked :(
I just learned that my old C6Z was beat to shit then wrecked. Blown motor & 3rd & 4th gear ruined. HTF?! I guess the guy that bought it off me was a tool. I got a message from someone that bought it as salvage.
Real shame. It was super clean & awesome to drive. |

C6 Z06 is one of the best (if not the best?) performance cars for the money right now I think.
I saw one locally here a couple months back with 3k miles on it, dealer only wanted $38k for it. I think it was an 08, not sure though. |

Beautiful car. Sorry to hear about the sentimental loss. You put a lot of heart into these things, and then to watch someone piss all over it. Yup, sounds like a tool to me.

Still love my C6Z. Any time I think about getting rid of it I just can't. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it and people love to see it. No matter where I go people comment on it every time I drive.

I had that happen many years ago to a Mazda RX7 I owned. It was a nice car that I modded a bit...and I sold it. A few months later I got a letter from a salvage company asking for a payment and to pick up the car. Guess the guy never registered it and crashed it--no problem for me as I cleared the the bill of sale with the DMV when it was sold. But I still felt bad that such a cool car was ruined.
