Just a fun topic for all the male BMW owners out there

My own experience: I used to have a toyota camry so i blended in as if i was invisible. As boring as applesauce. Then i got my 335i coupe, and whoop compliments and looks left and right. Even picked up a girl at a club due to my "uber shiny car" I am of course a tom leykis listener so you'll get the gist of what happened. But this is just another reason why BMWs rock! I even remember reading a survey in Car and Driver a few years back where the top ten car brands that got men laid the most had BMW at the top at 3.7 times a week. Mercedes Benz came in second at 3.4. lol

I dont need to either, but If there are girls out there that only see the $$ signs then why not take advantage of it. If a hot girl throws herself onto you and you know she's just using you are you gonna turn her down. Not me.

I got laid in my 76 Mercury light gold (people thought it was banana colour) Grand Marquis (in 1988) that I had tinted black so I could take girls to the drive in and really get some action. The car was so wide I could fully lie down in the back seat (I'm 6'2""). Try that with the size of cars today! In fact some fathers after seeing my huge boat of a car with black tinted windows wouldn't even let their daugthers out with me :-)

Now I'm married with a son and own a BMW and couldn't careless about getting laid in my car :-)

I think all you guys are missing the point here. Everyone who is giving azntripledragon shit because he said he picked up a girl with his car is either just a) jealous that it didn't happen to them or b) is hypocritical, because why else did you buy a bmw for 50k other then to get the Ulitmate driving machine( I feel compliments fall into that), and please dont say for the feel because you could have spent 10k less and gotten an evo just for the feel.
Im gunna have to agree that it feels good when people compliment on how nice the car looks, and any man who says he doesn't like it when the tall blonde walking down the street just about breaks her neck looking at the "uber shiny car" is just lieing or a eunuch. That's just my .02 and also id be lieing if i said my girlfriend doesn't get a little horny after helping me wash the car and hearing the engine rev. Don't hate gentlemen, appreciate and live vicariously through us who can still get some ass.

P.S. i don't belive i ever read "My BMW is the only game i have" just saying

Living in southern cali, and Los Angeles more specifically, my BMW does not stick out as much since there are so many other BMWs. There is also a lot of higher models of BMWS or even higher brands, such as Porsches, Bentlys etc.

wow this was supposed to be a chill and funny thread, i didnt think it would escalate into heated debates now haha. Now yea i pick up chicks from a BMW, doesnt mean i NEED to have a bmw to do that. Its like a "why not " situations. If you are a man, and a girl offers to go with you that night cuz she thinks your car is hot, its not so bad to tag along. Listen to Tom Leykis and you might get an idea. And no i got it for the car's performance, the picking up chick part was my 2nd reason. And I' m 20, obviously not 17 but still young. And wuts up with everyone saying they dont need their car to get them laid, all im asking is have you ever gotten laid because of your BMW. The question was not "can you only get laid because of your car".

Even though i live in LA, my Bimmer is better than my Camry.....obviously.

And this topic on "bimmer forums" was for BMW owners to rejoice on how awesome we are....
