On PC..I used MS Paint. On Mac..I use Preview. No need to DL anything. And I find that in both programs are a lot better at resizing than say, Photoshop.

You can also use Microsoft Photo Editor or Paint.

IrfanView gets my vote as well! I know a guy who used to work with Irfan. A true Genius!

Lviewpro is KING. It's an original, beautiful and simple interface and FAST and reliable too with all the basics that you need. The early editions from the early to mid 90's are the releases that you should use - 32 bit editions. I've been using the same version for over 12 years.

I rememeber viewing my very first online images with Lviewpro back in 1993. Viewing images online blew me away back then in 1993 and to this very day I'm still amazed by the program.

Irfanview is just a weak wannabe program of Photoshop. I never liked it when I first used it back in 1996.

Lviewpro is the Google of image viewers - FAST, SIMPLE, RELIABLE.
