How many orders have you placed on Amazon?
For personal and business use...not as much as I expected to see. Wish having the Fort Myers Amazon distribution center literally a stones throw away from my day job would offer same day delivery

Just business is 130-150 a year for the last 5 years. Household purchases between my wife and I would maybe be 50 or so per year. Personally, I just like that a lot of the vendors I had to call directly now just sell on Amazon. Makes my life much easier to order 90% of all parts and operating supplies from the same place. I had a giant Excel list of websites, phone numbers, etc before and now most of that is gone.

Only 513 Amazon orders, going back to 2002.
As a related survey, I have 124 items saved on my private Amazon wish list for future purchase when I get a round tuit.....

Says 37 last year, my orders typically had lots of items in each, mostly for business. I cancelled Prime and haven't used them due to personal beliefs. Trying to give the small guy more business even if it costs more.

I've placed 7 orders over the past year. I see Amazon the same as Walmart, they push small business' out and treat employees poorly. I understand that they're cheaper and sometimes you need a specific item but I keep it to a minimum.

Yes, I somewhat agree on how they treat there employees (watched a few YT videos) as well as all the bullshit we deal with having the distro on our same street. Its crazy how these subcontractors drive (almost been side swiped a few times) and there policies on honking their horns when entering or existing the property. We used to allow them to park on our property after hours, but once trash and empty beer bottles became an issue...now we have tow signs posted; which have towed 2 Amazon workers. Play nice and they could have used our lot....be an assclown and now get towed.

I average about 50-60 a year apparently. Huh. Felt like more.

i'm pretty consistent in the 20's.
A lot of it is stuff i cannot find in stores, or because it's cheap. For example i bought these roller shades from amazon for my kids' rooms. If i went to a shade store it'd be much more and they sell them in all kinds of sizes to fit your windows perfectly. |

FYI - if you use smile.amazon.com you can select a charity to receive a (very) small portion of your purchases. It's the same Amazon, prices, selection, etc. FWIW, if you need a recommendation we volunteer for a non-profit called Hospitality Homes in Boston which pairs families coming here for long term medical care with host houses that volunteer to put them up. It's a great cause.

150-250 / year in recent years except 2020 when there were 380 due to COVID shopping for us and family and buying stuff for a condo we closed on in 2019. With prime there are lot of orders with one item.
I have small numbers of orders back to 1998. I went about 3 years without buying anything from Amazon after the Mosquito Magnet fiasco of 2006.
