Interview Questions
I googled some but there kinda unrealistic.
Some that I have heard are like what motivates you, why should we hire you, what do you have to offer, etc. Lets see some people from HR here and post some good answers. |

What are you strengths/weaknesses
Whens the last time you were faced with a challege at work and how did you over come it? When was the last time you faced an ethical situation at work and how did you deal with it? Just some off the top of my head. |

My friend recently interviewed for grad school. He was caught off-guard by this:
Who do you admire as a leader and why? What will you bring to our grad school? |

What job are you applying for? Or is this for college?
For a job, sometimes they ask when was the last time you had problems working in a group and what did you do to overcome them? And also, when was the last time you took a leadership role and what did you do to change the outcome for the better? Things like that...

Its for an Outside sales rep job.
I know some specific ones for the actual job ie: what was your greatest win/lose, etc, but there are general ones that I want answers to like, what would you bring to our Org, what motivates you, what makes you different. These questions always seem a bit tricky as to what the "Best" answer would be. Thanks GUYS! |
