It'd be easier to determine what's easy and doable if we knew a little bit about your present skill set and the position you're applying for. That said, I don't know if Best Buy is really going to attach too much weight to a certification. I guess if you're looking for the broadest possible client base an MCSE or CCNA might help.

im not comp sci major but just basic stuff reformatting comps, finding problems out, hardware and software upgrades, building computers, etc. nothing too fancy along with basic home networking and setting up wep on wireless networks . but in all seriousness i should be qualified for a geek squad job

From the certs that I have (MCSE, MCSA, iNet+, Network+, CCNA, A+) the only one I can imagine would be a bit useful at Bestbuy is A+ and that is if you work in Geek Squad. For everything else, general knowledge of computers should be enough.
