Posting same item for sale on member classified sections for different models

Is it possible to post an item for sale on more than one model's forum? Example, if a wheel set will fit M2 Competition as well as M3/4, can I create a listing in the member classifieds section for both?

I have done this for parts that are interchangeable. For example, the B58 is in many cars. Just make sure to post pics and add a dated card to the pic so people won't think you're a scammer.
