Anyone else using Windows 7??
![]() I'm loving it so far. Computer hasn't frozen yet, haven't lost my wireless signal, and everything I've tried so far has been compatible! |

Looks just like Vista, cept for the taskbar...I've only used it for a day or 2 but it hasn't crashed or frozen...happened daily to me with Vista. Maybe it's just a coincidence, or I'm only noticing it because I'm looking for it but I like it.

+1 But runs pretty lag free with 2gb of memory. I havent ran into any problems at all... Funny thing is, when I installed Windows 7, it already had drivers for my wireless... When I installed Vista with Dec's updates, it did NOT have the drivers for my wireless card. |

XP and Win Server 2008 here.
microsoft finally acknowledges the failures of Vista, and Windows 7 should take care of a lot of the problems. WIndows 7 is _NOT_ based on vista, it is based on windows server 2008.. it's NOT vista with a lipstick |

i tend to refrain from using MS OS's before SP1. most business do not make such transition because it is highly risky. i do not think you, as a consumer, should really make that move unless you, like me, like to play with new OS's and run them on virtual machines that you can toss away |

show me proof. everything that i've ever read about windows 7 says it's merely a fixed up compatible version of vista.
