Black Headlamp Unit
Happy new year, All.
I’m toying with painting black all the silver bits and inner walls of the stock headlamp unit. Obviously it’s no small job. There was a black unit on Alibaba that wasn’t cheap and didn’t have great reviews. Pass. Word is there is/was a company in California that painted the original units. Does anybody know them ? Or somebody in America that does that ? Thanks.

For most people it's safer just to get eyelids or tint, or both. Beyond that it's completely reversible and there is no chance of fogging.

No problem. He's been around for a long time and contributes a lot of knowledge. Even if he's got a back log of work, it's worth the wait for quality. I do my own work so I'm not sure what his pricing is like, but I've seen his work and talked to him a ton. I would send him my own lights to work on if I needed to
