No reserve. I wonder if this one will reach $51k? Not a huge fan of the pure metal silver. If I saw one in person I would not think this was a special edition or an individual paint color. Maybe it looks better in person? Definitely more exciting individual silver color options available.

The pictures in the listing are pretty stunning. The final price with No Reserve will be very interesting.

Edmund’s puts the value at $47,300 private party and $51,100 dealer retail, but that doesn’t account for the paint, the limited production, or a host of extra options and features such as active seats, fully adaptive LED headlights, and, most importantly, the Competition pkg.

I think I’m going to have to watch this. If the bidding stays flat I may bid $26k or $27k just in case. I’m sure that won’t happen. But, you never know. I got really lucky one time on EBay with a three bedroom resort condo in Orlando. I was going for a conference and was planning to go three days early to go to Disney and stay in a hotel with a friend. I was looking on EBay for Disney tickets I came across this three bedroom condo for one week that either no one or almost no one had bid on. This was 20 years ago and the total for the hotel/motel my friend and I were going to stay at was $125. Anyway, I put in my maximum bid for the condo for maybe a little over $125. And to my utter shock no one else bid and I won!! I was very skeptical, so I made several calls before I paid and it turned out the resort had given the deal to a charity to auction off to raise money and it truly was legitimate. There were several of us going to this conference, so two other guys stayed with us. I had my own room, my friend had his own room and the two others shared a room with twin beds. Four of us stayed in that condo for almost a full week for $125!!

This paint might even devalue the car to some since it's impossible to repaint like the original.

I understand what you’re saying, although that wasn’t really the case with the E9x 3er, but from a functional and visibility standpoint the screen is much better mounted higher. It puts it much more in the driver’s line of sight without having to look down.
