I just don't get it.......

I look at videos of BMW's (Mostly M series) around the internet racing other cars. Most of the time the BMW's win. Then all people do is smack talk about why the other car lost (e.g. The air wasnt right, the tire pressure was low, the driver was an idiot, etc.) .....everyone seems to hate on the BMW cars.....I always said "If you are outperformed, you are outperformed, no need for excuses" :iono:

Does anyone else feel the frustration that I do?

well, especially in the US I find... it seems as though if it doesn't have a hundred, aggressive mods, or plain out, a 10L V8... it can't be fast. There also seems to be a general concept that says that the only fast cars that can come out of Europe are Ferraris... but those are for old millionaires.
BMW also carries a tad of a "luxury sedan => for old people" connotation...

really I thought MB and Caddy had that covered? BMW has always been yuppies and aggressive spoil young kids
