BMW of North America Announces 2024 Center of Excellence Award Winners, Recognizing the Best BMW Dealerships in the U.S.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – March 27, 2024… BMW of North America announced today its annual Center of Excellence (COE) award winners, recognizing 40 BMW dealers across the U.S. for having delivered exceptional results in sales, service, and customer experience. The Center of Excellence awards are the highest honor a BMW center can receive for overall customer satisfaction and operational performance.

All 349 BMW centers in the U.S. were measured on five different sales and aftersales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Index. Winners outperformed their peers across these categories throughout 2023.

Glad to see my local dealer on there from the standpoint of service. They’ve been great.

Sales however is a different story for my personal preferences. Not really a MSRP kinda guy, but I guess that’s what happens when you live in a city with gobs of rocket scientists on federal payroll.

That's funny, I was thinking the exact same thing and the last time Braman was on this list was in 2022.

I would add that I have always had extremely positive experiences with the people I have dealt with at BMW of Ft. Lauderdale in both their sales and service departments.

I have purchased from Holman before and they are a good dealership chain (both Ft. Lauderdale and Pines). I currently use Coggin BMW because I’m friends with the management there and they always take care of me for sales and service.
