'08 528i Electrical Issues

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I've recently started to have some electrical problems with my 2008 528i in colder weather. The car will start, but sometimes I have to press the start button twice. It's also able to unlock, but wont make the lock/unlock chime, the hazards wont flash when its locked/unlocked, and it also doesn't disarm the alarm when its unlocked so I'm unable to get into it without the alarm going off.

Yesterday it started and drove fine, but the gauge cluster, radio, power windows, and basically any other electrical systems wouldn't work. My gauge cluster would randomly turn back on and throw a bunch of warning lights, my speedometer would jump to saying I was doing 120+ and my RPM gauge would do the same basically. Then it would just turn off again. After I got some gas in it and let it sit while I did some stuff, it was perfectly fine but after leaving it overnight it's doing it all again.

Had my battery tested yesterday at AutoZone and there was nothing wrong with it, was at 100% and it's only 2 years old, done back in 8/22. The only actual codes I was able to get on my scanner was U112B & P00BC. I had these same issues happen back in September and the codes for that were U112B, U1101, P1408, P1407 and P00BC.
