No, that title goes to the M Roadster. (jk)

No, seriously you need to see the finalised spec on this car before dismissing it. The chatter among Internet forums is of a 0-60mph time of 4.5s, capable of lapping the Nurburgring is a similar time to the M3, not the sort of thing that's ultimately meant for hairdresser or women with dressed-up poodles.

P.S.
hks786, have you any other info on the car apart from these photos?

Nothing yet mate, but you'll be first to know if there is anything else. Right now I've heard about acceleration figures too and I've heard the sound of the new engine. I really wanna see pics of under the hood and get some performance stats!

Yeah, I heard the sound as well. Click on a Youtube video of the S1 rallycar and compare, you will be amazed as to how like the TT-RS is to the rallycar.

Take a look at the rubber on the car, it looks to be either Michelin PS2 or CUPs, I can't make out the words 'Pilot Sport' that are on my PS2s on the M3 and can't recall whether the CUPs say anything other than Michelin on the side.

I've been waiting for this car for sometime. It is very aggressive looking.

edit: I hope they bring it to the US!

Those rims that you think look small are actually 19".

And if you are excited about the engine then check out the noise it makes.

70K for a TT? I can't see it unless the performance numbers were insane.

Yeah thanx dude it sounds bad ass very close to the old ur quattro.

BTW I knew they're 19", still doesnt change my opinion of them looking small.
Maybe it's the pics or the 5 spoke design

Cant wait for road tests! I'm gonna ask a friend of mine up north in Sweden if he has driven one.
He's a Audi test driver but always shuts up until launch of new cars!

I'm in love with the exhaust note, it's so similar to those rallycars of old and as a youth I grew up listening to that sound on the Circuit of Ireland. In fact an S1 rallycar ran over my foot on a special stage once, or maybe it was a Lancia, anyway it f'ing hurt.

Please do spill the beans when you learn something juicy.
