He is actually a mix between the two. Bull Mastiff/pitt. Pure bread pitts only get to about 70lbs and Diesel is over 120lbs. He is vary fit and agile like a Pitt but has a Mastiff temperament. Perfect combo if you ask me.

Dood he looks like my old brindle Boxer Jack -- very muscular!

Same shading too and my boxer had a white patch on his chest that looks like the state of Texas; I see your's also has a white patch!

Man I miss my old Boxer.

I remember working with my dad one summer, we were doing a job for this guy who had an English mastiff and an Irish wolf hound. Biggest dogs I've ever seen in my life.

Don't fear the breed fear the bad owners of the breed. Pitts are very loving breeds if they are trained properly.

Most brindle Boxers have a similar coloring in their coat with lots of red and brown as appose to beige. Some people think he is a boxer

It was my girlfriends idea. I wanted "Mac" like Mac trucks but she felt it was too common so she said how about "Diesel" and it stuck.

i kinda wanted a dog for a while until i remembered that my new apt doesnt allow pets. haha... i could go for a small dog though... my friend bought his grandmother some small terrier or something... i dont know what theyr called but it was like a grand...
