Yeah, animals, especially skunks, deer, squirrels, birds, and rabbits get pretty stupid when it comes to roadways. I hate when birds fly right in front of the car. Sometimes they're lucky, sometimes they aren't. I guess animals can't think that far ahead, or they don't have intellect that tells them that cars can kill.
You don't often hear stories like this one though, where the wipers squashed the bird to oblivion! ![]() |

I once had a small bird get trapped between the bumper where there was some spacing. It was dead of course but I had to pull on it to get it out.

I hit something when I lived in Connecticut, I think it was a woodchuck or something. It knocked out my corner lense. I cried the whole way home, I felt so bad
