it usually makes you drive more careful but if somebody is clearly stoned and driving f-ed then they should get a ticket. grandaddy purple isn't good to drive on... sb lives near my parents and he used to go into the local ice cream shop high all the time. he probably still smokes but... he's a hypocrite, weed isn't bad weed being illegal is bad. it should be legal and taxed and regulated.
