I did something like that yesterday. Im takin 2 summer classes: one starts at 3-5:10 and the other 6-8:10. I didnt feel too well at first so I didnt go to the first class. I planned to just show up at the end and sign in. I freakin went in there and was afraid that the teacher will say "wait a minute you werent in class today!!" so I ended up not signing in.

So then I asked him and he said "you're allowed a few absences" WTFFFFF!!!!!?????? LOL So then I had to wait 50 minutes for my other class to start (we had a test so I had to be there).

Not so dumb

I think that while real time NAV/GPS systems rock, there's no dishonor in being prepared before one makes a trip. Doing a little homework ahead of time can really help...for example, let's say there's a certain tunnel in the BIG DIG which is temporarily out. GPS won't know this ahead of time. I am amazed at the information one can get now online. I had to go to a building in Dayton last week, and I had never driven in Dayton before in my life. Not only could I get directions and hotel phone #s in a few clicks, but I got a satellite photo of the target area. Un-freaking-believable.
