What not to write on a dead kid's FB wall
I've never seen this before, so I doubt it's a repost

This reminds me of an e-mail string I got earlier this week about a classmate from college who recently died. This classmate for all 4 years, would always ask a question when we had a guest speaker or someone addressing our class. It didn't matter who the speaker was - a general, a ballet instructor, or someone from the registrars office, etc. So of course, everyone would yell at him to sit down or shout out his name to ask a question so we could leave. Anyway, In this e-mail people are saying things in remembrance of this classmate -- who was the most well known among all our classmates because he was "the guy that always asked a question."
One quote is as follows "but the truth of the matter is a briefing or lecture at Xxxx Xxxxx was just not complete without a question from Jeff Xxxxx. Just as an opera is never over until the fat lady sings, a lecture at Xxxx Xxxxx was never over until Jeff Xxxxx stood up and asked a question." It didn't even matter if Jeff was in attendance. At our class reunion in 2005, Jeff couldn't make it. So, someone stood up and asked a question of the guest speaker in Jeff's honor. I guess we'll all miss him.
