So, I have the benefit of a doubt.
If the dude didn't read any more than the name, and it just 'looked right', I could so see it happening. Especially if it was on the end of an aisle like he said it was.

I've only seen them at 7-11, and they were out with the other energy drinks, just across from the cash register. Have yet to see them chilled.
But then again, I don't use energy drinks, so what would I know.
