Hello, new member here.
Hello All,
I am a new member on this forum and would like to just give a minute to introduce myself. My Father recently purchased me a 2009 335i as a 18th birthdate gift. Luckily, I found the car at the dealership the way I would have ordered it myself.I have it loaded just without some advanced cruise control package i did not believe I would need. The exterior is black, nicely complimented with the red interior. I must say i LOVE the new IDrive, much better then my previous cars, a 2007 530i. All in all, I just put 300 miles on the car in a day and a half, amazing to drive. I will be modifying it with basic mods, much similar to those you guys must have on you cars. Such as, intake exhaust, down pipes, and of course the mod this car is known for the ECU upgrade. And some exterior mods such as black front grills, CSL type looking trunk, diffusers, ect.. Well I hope to learn from this forum to better know my own car, even tho I just bought it, I can't wait till next year when I will upgrade to an M3. -Dan |

Yes it is a manual transmission, I will post up pictures as soon as I take some. Also figure out how to. This is my first manual car, I have driven my Fathers porsche, my car seems more forgivable when i make a mistake driving manual.

Now, let's be fair . . . if an 18 year old paid for it themselves, most of you wouldn't be giving them too much grief. The fact that the car was bought FOR him is what's going to lead to you catching a lot of crap.
