That is a Limited Edition M325. They are VERY rare, I think they only made 200 of those.

This reminds me of the time I was in san diego with some friends and I met this one dude who told me his dad also had a BMW. When I asked him which, he said it was an M325is. I didn't wanna make fun of him on the spot, so I ignored it. Guess this is the car he was talking about, LOL
