If you were in CA, and didn't have red eyes or the munchies we could do business.

OP, what's your rate on a $950,000 refi with your above criteria and how much would it cost?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

If you pm me the value, fico score, liquid assets, income then I can find out for you. The loan won't go under my name because my company has a license but I don't in CA. Check your local savings banks because they usually have the best rates but do you want a fixed or an ARM?

I got 4.75% on my mortgage back in June. Banks were doing 4.2% here back in Jan.

Sad but people doing loan modification are getting fixed rate @ 5% or lower and have fico's below 500.
