N54 Engine Swap

Anyone seen of or heard of anyone putting the N54 in any other vehicle? Would be neat to see if that was the case.

Nope, but I'm betting that people doing engine swaps would be more likely to drop an MV10 or MV8.

Both have been done.

N54's are all too common these days. (135, 335, 535, etc...)

It'd be interesting to see an N54 in another car other than BMW though....

Seems sort of wierd.

If you can fit a bmw straight six... you can probably fit a 2jz (which has been done a bunch).

Why take an n54 over a 2jz? Especially when 2jz parts are available all over in the aftermarket.

And if you want drop-in bmw stuff, then yeah, then a v10 is pretty slick.
I'd rather find a wrecked M5 at a junk yard and do that swap.
