Fucking iPhone ringtone help...

Ok so the last thread was a dive. I thought the tutorial link would work... no dice, it's a Mac tutorial.

I went to the other links provided anddd no dice, I'm not paying $9.99 a month for that shit.

I attempted to create it through itunes and then it gave me the "cannot create a ring tone out of music not purchased directly through itunes"...

fuck you you cant

then when I did buy the song through itunes,

shrunk it to 0-30 seconds... it makes me BUY the ringtone I made out of the SONG I already fucking paid for...

I take the song unshrunk and it only lets me do a .15 second ring tone... which sounds like ass.

What the fuck.

REAL HELP WITH THIS PLEASE? REAL PC HELP?! I can have a fake lighter on my fucking iPhone, a functioning gun application... BUTTT ringtones are an act of congress.

Just go to THIS site, and upload or search whatever song u want....if u upload a song, u can cut and choose the part u want playing for ur ringtone. Once u r done, just click download ringtone for iphone and it will go straight to ur itunes, plug ur iphone and sync.....thats it, No need to pay.

what the fuck?

It is easy. fuck. pick a song. fuck. right click and pick get info.fuck. click options. fuck. listen to the song and decide where you want to start the ring tone and when you want to stop. fuck. type in the start time and stop time. fuck again. then check remember playback position (pile drive position) fuck. you will see an identical song in your library (only with a shorter time) right click on the new shorter song and select "create aac version. find song in documents and right click and rename whatever it is ...mp3 to mpr...right click and play with Itunes...that is it, now it is a ring tone. don't forget to delete the new short version that you created in the beginning. oh and don't forget to fuck one more time in the pile drive position......your gf will love it!!!

I forgot one thing after you fuck right click on the new song and select show in windows explorer and then select rename then go on as stated...fuck

Dude, here's an easy way
Go here: http://audiko.net/

Upload/pick the song you want.

Then after you're done, click the 'download for iphone ringtone' one.
Save it to your computer.
Open up the file through itunes.

WAH-LAH

You can thank me later.

Hi,
I understand your frustrations, don't let just anyone tell you what to do with the I phone, I have one and it is a bitch to figure out, I have always had lick at the ATT CCOP owned stores for retail, If that fails you call APPLE direct they are actually good they will help out, just remember the I phone is still limited, to me it was a waste of money, had mine 1 year now, I have heard lots of complaints. I hope this helps.

ok since u have a MAC,
1. open up garageband
2. drag the song from itunes to garageband
3. go to "share" and select "send ringtone to itunes"
4. at the beginning of your song you will have a yellow bar you can move around and expand to choose what part of the song u want, you can choose up to 40 seconds
5. once you did that, go back to "share" and select "send ringtone to itunes" and your all set
