need help shipping a car overseas

Hey guys, I have an X5 I want to ship to the Philippines so I can use it. Anyone have experience doing this? Know of any companies who will ship it? I am in SF so I was thinking either SF to Subic or LA to Subic, whichever is the cheapest way. I have no idea how to do this so any help is great. TIA
