We've talked about it quite a bit in the Health/Fitness forum:

Not yet, but I know a few guys who have. DO NOT do this routine if you are looking for muscle mass alone. This program is designed to get you toned and increase definition. It's more of an endurance workout.

A close buddy followed it closely (the nutrition portion, too) and he lost 20 lbs and looks jacked

just change up the exercises you do at the gym every month or so and keep your body confused, if you lack the motivation then get it, otherwise my eight pack will suffice

This comment makes no sense. Creatine is effective as kong as you're taking it. Body composition generally goes downhill with age, but this has nothing to do with creatine.

this comment does nothing but prove you don't understand basic logical fallacies, and you are a few decades behind on training knowledge. The weider muscle confusion principle ranks up there on the bro knowledge scale with eating every 2 hours to stoke the metabolic fire and using the "pump" to gauge the effectiveness of a workout.

Plenty of people excel despite doing retarded/unecesseary shit, it doesn't make those principles any less retarded/unneccessary for the overwhelming majority of people. Muscle is built through progressive overload and a caloric surplus, not by switching from hammer curls to concentration curls.

Why people change exercises too often?
To confuse/shock the muscle: This is the most popular reason for changing exercises. You cannot confuse or shock a muscle, period. It is physiologically impossible.

Muscles are passive tissues that contract when told to do so. It doesn’t have a brain of its own to get confused.* It is as stupid as saying if you pull an elastic band in a different angle you confuse and shock the band.

Without a good amount of anabolic steroids it is highly unlikely this statement is credible. If you would like to post some pics and prove me wrong, feel free to do so(No Homo)

I understand that. But theirs ganna be a time when you will stop taking creatine so wont the muscles shrink? Not completely but enough for someone to see a difference.

I have been in situation like that. I have taken NO Explode on and off for a year and I drank a shit load of water which made mostly my chest and arms bulky and once I realized how bad that shit is for you taking it every week or day, I stopped. I also know the fact that NO Explode has very little creatine but you get what Im saying?

I lost size and people I haven't seen in months even told me. (except for my girlfriend or parents who see me everyday "you look fine, nothing as changed blah blah blah."

Yes and I love it. My girls brother is almost done with round one and looks good, which is why I bought it. My buddy goes to the gym and has his own muscle confusion workouts and it seems to be working good for him. Try it, you wont be dissapointed.

shit definitely works, here's my results:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=297

I didn't have a good before pic, and the last pic was taken maybe half-way, 2 months into it. I won't get you super bulky, but if you havent' really worked out before, you'll definitely add some mass and get cut. You have to follow the diet though since that's half the work.

NO xplode has like no creatine in it. you shouldnt get water muscles from it. and some people just do not take well to creatine. ive seen some people take it and it just makes them real fat. then they get off and slim down.

if creatine works with your body then you can build a lot of muscle with it. true that you will lose your water muscles when you get off of it, but it will still help build muscle.

i would recommend drinking MyoPlex for your protein. tastes good and really works.
