Munich car rental

I am going to be in Munich in a week. Want to rent a car to visit Porsche museum in Stuttgart. Recommendation for car rental? I was looking at this site but they want 600 a day for 135i. :P

We went with Sixt and got a fair deal on a Mercedes C180. Just make *sure* you take detailed pics of the car before you move it and then again when you return it. When we picked up our car in Munich at the airport, there was no one there to look over the car with us. I gave it a once over and saw no damage at all. When we dropped the car off, the crew there went over the car with a fine tooth comb. They still found nothing. Then after I got home, I got an email saying they had discovered dents and scratches on the trunk and bumper and wanted me to fill out an accident report. I told them their own crew found no damage after a meticulous inspection, so they could stick it. They later dropped the case.

Fair warning, take pictures before and after. Try to get one of the inspection crew in your after pics.

BTW, here's our rental. Just because you reserve a 3 series, it doesn't mean you'll get one.
