Nope, i went to a lambo dealer and the guy offered me this package for 3000 along with the gallardo

Its a true foundation...supporting CHP, see link below.

However...having this on your car does not guarantee a free pass from cops. But, if they pull you over for whatever reason, and the see your 1199 license plate holder....I guess they are more likely to let you off with a warning if your offense is not that bad. Again, just more likely. Its a foundation going for a good cause, and unfortunately, many people do join...not for the welfare of the foundation, but for the possibility of getting leniency by officers.
