what bmw should I buy for 25 grand?
just looking for recommendations on what bmw I should get for 25 grand?
it's going to be my first car, and I have to pay everything myself, so I'd prefer one that is reliable and has lower insurance costs (not a primary concern though). I was looking at an '03 7 series but I heard they are a money pit... options i want: harman kardon logic 7 options i would like, but aren't necessary: navigation heated seats thanks for any suggestions !

these are all ZHP^^(i like the black one half way down for 15k, its a one owner) and dont even think about a 335 for 25k bc the extended warranty is 3k plus tax title and tag...that is not a car you want if you have to pay for everything yourself, unless you make more money ha im telling you get a e46 ZHP, its a rare car and holds its value better than any other e46, id go with that and save the rest for any possible problems it might have(all BMWs will have problems) but this is a NA car and will most likely not have any major(like motor and tranny, but possible) issues at all. Just sensors, belts, some of the gadgets might go which are all routine with any german car...plus this car(ZHP) comes with everything possible in that year(id get a 05-06)...wont be as fast as a M3 but it will be quick and much cheaper to maintain than a ///M(just the parts on those can be outrageous)

OP, what are you looking for? Big and luxurious? Sporty and fast? Have you looked at E9x 328s or E60 6 cylinder variants? |

Yea ZHP...whatever lol
If all he's interested in is looking baller he might as well debadge a white E60 525, limo tint and throw some 20s on it If he wants performance though, it depends on handling vs. power and where he lives (road conditions) I never realized how bad roads are here until I got a car with a somewhat stiff suspension. I don't know how I would be faring right now if I'd have ended up in a Lotus Elise like I had originally planned |

As a sports car in the traditional sense of the designation, there is nothing that comes close to the raw experience of the Lotus available for purchase new or in recent history. There's a reason so many covet these cars for their handling abilities, and I doubt glorified MR2 has every crossed anyone's mind when behind the while of an Elise (or Exige) |

LOL yea I do get a bit defensive over Lotus, my second favorite brand after Ferrari. As long as you're not the type reading the magazine and losing interest after finding out it's "only" 197hp, has no amenities, and costs nearly $50k

Amen, except I'd make that a Ci. I'm biased, though.
