Random Question!!
Hey, so I've been noticing these stickers on cars for a while and always wondered what they mean so I thought maybe I would ask here. Anyway the stickers are small, maybe like 3-4 inches wide and 2-3 tall and are blue with a black stripe going horizontally through the middle. Anyone know what it is, I see them all over the place and its driving me crazy!!

Is this something you see only on North Carolina cars? I see NC as your location so I assume as such.
