I've been reading the forums for a while and bumped into a few shorthands which I didn't know. So I threw the ones that people mention here so others can understand what people mean.

If you have have ones that I miss, I'll update this.

Of course. There are many sites out there for shorthands and slangs. Just threw this together for the people here and the common shorthands thats used in this forum. Makes it easier to glance at this here, than search the internet for each phrase.

Don't know why people get bent out of shape about useful information.

You're basically damned if you do and damned if you don't. I use urbandictionary.com when I need to but I found a few in your list that I did not know so thanks for the information.

for some reason every time i see "IIRC", i keep reading it as "in real life". i dunno why lol

and i thought SMH meant "shaking my head"
