Manhattan timeshare advice

Looking to sell a timeshare in Manhattan, NY. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations for me? Some of these companies want a fee upfront which I feel is a scam.

I find it funny you are from florida and have a timeshare in NYC... most in NYC have timeshares in FL.. Tell me the details of your digs.

I am helping my Uncle sell it, he lives in NJ. The timeshare is in The Manhattan Club: Metropolitan Suite. I know it includes parking. If you are interested shoot me a PM and I will get all the info.
