The simple answer is that the F1 is a much bigger car. More expensive as well, at $1,000,000. Pretty sure the MP4-12C is only like $200,000 (125k-175k GBP) if that much.

They are the same length (within 80mm) and the F1 is narrower.

At least you are right about the F1 being more expensive....thats something

Running the nitrogen lines for the remove resi shocks under the exhaust is not a good idea. Wish the rest of the automotive world could get their paint to lay down like that.

I cant believe how low that enging sits in the middle of the frame like that. That transmission is enormous though.

That article is a bunch of crap. You can't design a super car from the ground up in 2 years. I'm looking forward to another Murray designed supercar. The McLaren F1 will always be EPIC, especially considering the impact it had, and its been close to 20 years since its debut
