The simple answer is that the F1 is a much bigger car. More expensive as well, at $1,000,000. Pretty sure the MP4-12C is only like $200,000 (125k-175k GBP) if that much.

Running the nitrogen lines for the remove resi shocks under the exhaust is not a good idea. Wish the rest of the automotive world could get their paint to lay down like that.
