New addition to my family of cars
And unfortunately it is not a bmw
 because someone in my area already had a M6 so i had to get this car to be unique and different. Without further to do here she is, got her September 1, 2010

sorry, but for me the R8 is such a ugly car. i never would buy on. there's so much better cars out there than the R8. (e.g. Porsche 997.2 GT3)

nope not at all haha. and to the other guy i personally love the look and there are some 911's around where i live as well, on top of that the Porsche dealership is a bunch of jerks (nicest way to put it) and i didn't wanna deal with them even their service are all jerks. I pay over 100k on a car and they don't have the decency to be nice? no thanks ill pass

Why take the time to log in and put down the guys new car? Are you 12? Badge status? Oh my. M6 over that? Uh... Did you go with the R-tronic or manual? Very solid car with an awesome sound. Grats!!! You will get less fanbabies if you have this moved to General Automotive section where people are more appreciative.  |

Nice car OP, I love the R8. Doesn't photograph very well and certain angles are a little awkward but overall it looks great and has awesome presence.
BTW: the idiom is "without further ado" |

I know looks are always subjective....but for those saying that the V10 R8 looks ugly, wow! That car looks gorgeous IMO, in person and in pictures. Great choice.
